What is life. Can life or even civilations follow simple rules. Can simple rules create complex situations. Is life eternal. The game of life simulates populations in a very simple way, but also giving unresolved puzzles at the same time. The world model belongs of a discrete space state, in which every cell can be alive (yellow) or not (blue). The following generation is defined as cells who had two or three "life"-cells near them in the population before. All other cells die. This simple rule gives room for many interpretations and researches. The pictures show the evolution of the start population on the first picture. For how long will it exist.
